Grilled Brown Sugar Bananas
6 bananas, peeled and halved
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons cinammon
Preheat grill for medium-low heat. Sprinkle each half with lemon juice. Combine cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl. Roll (to coat) bananas in sugar mixture. Place banana halves on an oiled grill grate. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from grill and serve with favorite ice cream and topping.
